 Why didn't I receive my registration confirmation email?
To help get through spam filters, add the following domains to your email safe senders list. (@arrivos.com, @lopfi-prb.com)
 I registered, but did not receive an email confirmation.
The email is typically received almost immediately, but please allow up to 30 minutes for it to arrive.

Also you may need to check your spam or junk mail filters. The email will come from LOPFI’s pension administration system called Arrivos. You can add support@arrivos.com to your list of safe senders.
